Eggs with truffle
RECIPE FOR 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 EGGS
  • 1 WHITE TRUFFLE
  • A KNOB OF BUTTER
  • PARMESAN CHEESE
  • SALT AND PEPPER


PREPARATIONS:

Using an ovenproof pan melt the butter on the hob. Once the butter is melted remove from the heat.

Break the eggs in the pan, sprinkle with a thin layer of truffle and some parmesan flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in a hot fan assisted oven at a temperature of 200 C°, until the eggs and the parmesan cheese melt together.
