Chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 G. OF FLOUR
  • 150 G. OF SUGAR
  • 3 EGGS
  • CHOCOLATE, BROKEN INTO PIECES
  • 70 G. OF BUTTER
  • 1 SACHET OF VANILLA
  • 1 SACHET OF BAKING POWDER
  • THE ZEST OF A LEMON
  • MILK

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients into a cake batter and place in a greased, floured baking tray. Place in a preheated fan assisted oven and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
