Peas flan
RECIPE FOR 4 PEOPLE
EASY, RATHER QUICK
2 HR AND 30 MINUTES
PINOT GRIGIO
INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 GR. OF PEAS
  • 100 GR. OF RICOTTA CHEESE
  • 50 GR. OF PARMESAN
  • 150 GR. OF SOFT CHEESE
  • SALT AND PEPPER


PREPARATIONS:

Cook the peas in some water on moderate heat. Once cooked, reduce to a paste with a blender and mix with the ricotta cheese, the soft cheese and the grated parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place in a bowl covered with cling film and place in the refrigerator. When cold carefully turn into a dish and serve.
