Coffee ice cream
INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 CC. OF FRESH CREAM
  • 5 TABLESPOONS AND 6 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR
  • 6 TEASPOONS OF INSTANT COFFEE'
  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 1 SACHET OF VANILLA
  • 1 ESPRESSO CUP OF STRONG ESPRESSO COFFEE
  • 1 ONE ESPRESSO CUP OF COFFEE LIQUEUR


PREPARATION:

Beat the egg yolks, add the sugar and the vanilla and whisk well. Add the strong cup of coffee and the liqueur.

Leave to cool. Whip the cream to a solid consistency and mix all ingredients together. Divide the mixture into individual serving glasses and place in the freezer for a few hours.
