Black Rice
INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 GR. OF RICE
  • 150 GR. OF BITTER COCOA POWDER
  • 350 GR. OF SUGAR
  • POPPY SEEDS AND CINNAMON
  • 200 GR. OF TOASTED ALMONDS
  • 1.5 LITRES OF WATER

PREPARATION:

Boil the rice in the water. When cooked add the ingredients.
Mix well and place in the dishes. Leave to rest.
