Peparelle
INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 KG. OF FLOUR
  • 250 G. OF SUGAR
  • 250 G. OF HONEY
  • 100 G. OF OIL
  • 18 G. OF BAKING SODA
  • 5 G. OF GROUND POPPY SEEDS
  • 1 PINCH OF CINNAMON
  • MILK
  • ALMONDS
  • 1 EGG YOLK

PREPARATION:

Heat the honey in a bain-marie, mix to the flour, adding the warm milk with the baking soda, the ground poppy seeds, the cinnamon, the oil and the milk.

Add the almonds and brush with the egg. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 170°C. Check that is cooked by inserting a toothpick. This will come out dry when cooked.
