INGREDIENTS:
Sent by: Francesca Valbonesi [fvalbonesi@netitalia.it] PREPARATION: Finely chop the onion and fry in oil and butter until golden. Julienne the courgettes and add to the sauté mixture. Cook for 10 minutes and then add courgettes flowers, cleaned and sliced lengthwise. Dissolve the saffron in the wine and add to the pan. Once the wine has evaporated add the cream. Continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile cook the pasta. When al dente, drain and mix in the sauce and a few broken leaves of basil. Serve immediately. |
