"Panna cotta"
INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ LITRE OF CREAM
  • 100 GR. OF SUGAR
  • 1 SACHET OF VANILLA
  • 4 SHEETS OF ISINGLASS


PREPARATION:

Place the isinglass in cold water for 10 minutes, drain and squeeze well. Add the sugar and the vanilla to the cream and cook at slow heat for 10 minutes, until reduced down by ¼. Remove from the heat and add the isinglass, stirring until it melts completely.
