INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Coat the veal with flower and fry in a saucepan with the butter. Once brown add the wine. Add the chopped garlic and anchovy, salt to taste, and cook on a slow heat with the lid on for one hour. When ready sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve hot with "Milanese risotto". | ||||||||
