"Ossobuco alla Milanese"
INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 OSSOBUCO (SHIN OF VEAL), THICKLY SLICED
  • 100 GR.OF BUTTER
  • 1 GLASS OF DRY WHITE WINE
  • 1 CHOPPED CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 1 CHOPPED ANCHOVY
  • FLOUR AS NEEDED
  • CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • SALT AS NEEDED

PREPARATION:

Coat the veal with flower and fry in a saucepan with the butter. Once brown add the wine. Add the chopped garlic and anchovy, salt to taste, and cook on a slow heat with the lid on for one hour.

When ready sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve hot with "Milanese risotto".
