INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Pound the meat slices and remove the nerves. Coat a frying pan with the oil, add the garlic clove and fry until brown. Remove the garlic clove and use this oil to seal the meat on both sides. Once the meat is sealed, add the tomato pure, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a handful of oregano. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, until the sauce is reduced, and then add the wine. Serve hot. |
