Coffee liqueur
FOR 10 PEOPLE
EASY
INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 GR. GROUND ARABICA COFFEE
  • 300 GR. OF SUGAR
  • A STICK OF VANILLA
  • 1 LITRE OF WATER
  • 1 LITRE OF ALCOHOL (STRENGTH 95 °)
  • A 2 LITRES CAPACITY GLASS JAR
  • A STRAINER
  • 2 X 1 LITRE BOTTLES


PREPARATION:

Mix the alcohol to the ground coffee. Add the vanilla stick and leave to brew for eight days.

Make a syrup with the sugar and the boiling water.

Leave to cool and when cold mix to the alcohol brew. Filter using the strainer.

Decant in the bottles, seal and leave to rest for a week.
