INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: In a frying pan with the hot oil, gently fry the crushed garlic cloves and the sage. When the garlic is golden, add the anchovies, crushing them with a fork, until they form a paste with the oil. Break the tuna into crumbles and add to the frying pan with the anchovies, garlic and sage. Cook for a few minutes on gentle heat. Meanwhile, cook the linguini until al dente. Once ready, drain and add to the tuna after removing the garlic and the sage. Mix well and remove from the heat. Add the knob of butter, pepper to taste and mix well. Serve hot. |
