Sardinia gnocchi with swordfish
FOR 4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTs:

  • 400 G. OF SARDINIA GNOCCHI
  • 2 SLICES OF SWORDFISH (APPROXIMATELY 400 G.)
  • 500 G. OF PEELED PRAWNS
  • 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 200 G. OF DRAINED TOMATO FLESH
  • PARSLEY AND BASIL CHOPPED TOGETHER
  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • A PINCH OF CHILLI (OPTIONAL)

PREPARATION:

In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the garlic and the chilli. Once the garlic has browned, add the grossly chopped swordfish and the prawns. Cook on slow heat.

Once the fish has browned a little, add the tomato flesh and a pinch of salt. Continue cooking for no more than 10 minutes. In the meantime cook the pasta until "al dente".

Drain and place in the saucepan with the sauce. Leave to absorb the taste for a few minutes, remove from the heat and sprinkle with the chopped parsley and basil.
