Breaded mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 PORCINI MUSHROOMS CAPS
  • ½ LEMON
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
  • 100 GR. OF BUTTER
  • 2 BEATEN EGGS
  • SALT AND BREADCRUMBS

PREPARATION:

Clean the mushroom caps, rub with the lemon and coat them in the flour. Coat again with the salted beaten egg and then with the breadcrumbs. Fry in butter and serve hot.
