Mushrooms bruschetta
FOR 4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:

  • GR.200 OF PORCINI MUSHROOMS
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • GR.10 OF PARSLEY
  • 3 SLICES OF BREAD
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF FLOUR
  • TABLESPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • SALT AND PEPPER

PREPARATION:

Clean the mushrooms, removing the stalk. Wash and slice them. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Brown the garlic and the parsley in a pan with the hot oil. Add the mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. 5 minutes before finishing cooking, mix in the flour well. In the meantime, toast the bread slices in the oven and place on a serving plate. Top the bread with the mushrooms and serve hot.
