Grilled tomatoes bruschetta
FOR 4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:

  • BIG TOMATOES
  • ½ TABLESPOON OF MARJORAM
  • 6 TABLESPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF VINEGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON OF DEMERARA SUGAR
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CUT IN 2 HALVES
  • GR.110 OF CHOPPED, MARINATED ARTICHOKES
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PARSLEY
  • SALT AND PEPPER

PREPARATION:

Slice the bread. Put the grill on. Cut the tomatoes in two halves, remove the seeds and place upside down in a baking dish. Mix the oil, vinegar, marjoram, sugar, salt and pepper in a jar, close and shake well. Pour half of this seasoning on the tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes under the grill for 20 minutes. Half way into cooking, turn the tomatoes and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning. Remove the tomatoes from the grill and keep warm. Toast the bread, rub with the garlic and sprinkle with the oil.
