"San Martino" biscuits
INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 G. OF FLOUR
  • 150 G. OF SUGAR
  • 150 G. OF LARD
  • 15 G. OF ANISEEDS
  • 50 G. OF YEAST
  • A PINCH OF CINNAMON
  • 125 G. OF WARM WATER

PREPARATION:

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, mix in the flour, the sugar, the lard, the aniseeds and the cinnamon. Continue working the dough until bubbles start to appear.
Make the biscuits and leave to rise for 3 hours.
