Lamb roast
FOR 4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 KG OF LAMB
  • 400 G. OF POTATOES
  • 200 G. OF ONIONS
  • OREGANO
  • SALT AND PEPPER
  • 4 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL

PREPARATION:

Put the four tablespoons of oil, the grossly sliced onion, the chopped lamb, the peeled potatoes, sliced into ½ cm slices, into a large high oven tin. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Place in a moderate oven. Cook until tender and tasty, turning occasionally.
